This is a warning for anyone thinking of doing business with Jack's Harlee Stereo Store! He is not trustworthy and I urge you not to do business with him. This is no joke. I have an open ongoing complaint with the Ohio Attorney General.
Long story paraphrased my wife and I bought a whole conversion kit for a 1998 FLHTC worth over $500. Some personal tradgedies happened and we had to sell the bike. Jack said he didn't take returns but would sell it to the next customer that needed the kit to help us out and would refund us the money minus shipping charges.
I returned the stereo to him and after one or two replies to email he has stopped communicating altogether. Jack refuses to answer emails, phone calls, voice mails from us AND the OH Attorney General. Steer clear from www.jacksharleestereo.com
